I need your honest opinion on something... as some of you know, I started an in-person Pilates studio out of my garage this past year called Sunshine Pilates with "Pilates and Praise" workouts that are faith based. I started posting them on YouTube and even launched a virtual studio for Sunshine.

But being totally real with you guys, it's been a lot having 2 studios and pouring my all into both communities while also having a toddler and being pregnant.

Yesterday, I was chatting with my family and had the idea to merge Sunshine Pilates as a part of Sweaty Studio. 

Basically, we would have a section on our studio for the Sunshine Pilates & Praise workouts that are faith based for anyone who is interested in Christian workouts! 

But for those who prefer non faith based workouts, everything else would stay as is!

What do you guys think about this??? Your opinion means alot to me so comment below yay or nay and any ideas you might have!

NiamhI would recommend baking your workout into your morning routine and waking up 30 min earlier and going to bed 30 min earlier to make time for it!

Setting out your workout clothes in the morning is also super helpful bc one less decision to make in the morning.

For ex. wake up, get dressed, workout, make coffee + breakfast (or do this before workout), head to work.

I found when I worked a 9-5 that having a consistent morning routine with my workout as a part of it helped me stay consistent and it became part of my daily life! Let me know if that helps :)
