Mia’s Story 💕

Mia had gained 40 pounds from medication and had just been diagnosed with a chronic pain disorder.

Michelle’s Story 💕

Michelle has been using Sweaty Studio for about a month — and she’s already obsessed.

She started with the FREE 21-Day Pilates Challenge and fell in love with how spicy and effective the classes are — even the 10 or 15-minute ones leave her sweaty and accomplished for the rest of the day.

As a mom of two young kids, finding time for herself used to feel impossible.

Morgan’s Story 💕

Morgan had tried everything — on-demand studios, online reformer classes, and more. But nothing ever stuck... Here's why:

Workouts were either too expensive, too long, or just didn’t have the structure or kindness she was looking for.

Then she stumbled upon Sweaty Studio on TikTok and decided to give it a try. The gentle, encouraging language instantly clicked — and for the first time, she felt motivated to keep showing up.

The shorter 2-week challenges were perfect. They made her feel like she could actually finish something, build consistency, and finally get out of that rut.

Over time, she noticed changes in her confidence, her body, and her mindset. The negative self-talk started to fade…

And before she even noticed it for herself, everyone else did.

Friends kept saying how great she looked and she could finally feel it too.

Makayla’s Story 🤍

Makayla was tired all the time. She was pushing herself just to get through the day, avoiding mirrors, hiding under sweatshirts, and criticizing herself.

“The affirmations hit me the hardest when Callie said, ‘You can’t hate your body into one you love.’ Slowly, those words became the voice in my head.”

She started repeating the affirmations during class — and somewhere along the way, her inner voice started to shift too.

“I love that Callie laughs and struggles through moves sometimes. It makes me feel human. Like I don’t have to be perfect either.”

One of the biggest game-changers for her? The weekly schedule.

As a mom, her brain was already juggling a million decisions a day.
Trying to figure out what to do or if she was doing it “right” used to stress her out — until Sweaty Studio made it simple.

“I just open the app, do what’s on the schedule, and I know I’m on track.”

Joselin’s Story 🤍

Joselin is a mom of two, working two jobs, and like so many of us, she didn’t have hours to spend at the gym.
