Don’t rush the process. Good things (like strength, confidence, and real progress) take time. 💪💕

You’re not here for quick fixes. You’re here to feel strong in your body, to move with intention, and to show up for yourself. Even on the days it feels slow, it’s still movement forward 🫶 

Every shaky hold. Every deep breath. Every time you hit play when you didn’t feel like it — that’s the work that adds up. 👏

So give yourself some credit today!! You’re building something that lasts!!! 💕

✨ Easy, day-by-day structure
✨ One central place to see your full week at a glance

Whether you’re following the plan to a T or just want a quick way to stay on track, the calendar view makes it even easier to show up and move with intention.

You can find the calendar view in the top menu on the website and the bottom menu on the app. Let me know what you think — and as always, I’m cheering you on every step of the way. 💛

Hey Callie, I just downloaded this new app, it seems alot of videos from the old app particularly beginner pilates videos are no longer available on this new app. I really loved those ones, and am hoping they’ll be added eventually? Unless I am not navigating the app properly and just can’t find them? Thanks 😊

Hi! I’m very new to Pilates and it would be awesome if more breath cues + modified positions could be incorporated. Thank you guys for all you do!:)
