February progress 🩷🤍 I workout everyday for my mental and physical health. I don't need to see progress in my physical pictures but see it in my overall health and strength

Pam Buckler fair, all what you are comfortable with. <3

Trust me, it is well worth it 🩷 she has soooooo much variety for every mood and level

I have always heard pilates is a 10-20-30 type workout...day 10, it gets easier, day 20, you will notice a difference and day 30, it is life changing. I am in the 300 workout challenge and it has been great! I have noticed a huge difference in my mental health and patience. I haven't missed a day since the 29th of December. I have never been so consistent in my workouts, and now it is just apart of my morning and nightly routine. You look great, girl!

I have been loving all the workouts lately and have even convinced six year old son. He is my biggest person who holds me accountable. Often I wake up to work out at about 4:45 AM and will usually put in an hour session before I have to get me and him mobile for school. When he wakes up, his first question is always "did you do your workouts, Mommy." Sometimes, I can sneak a quick one in at work in our PreK room, and I will often convince a teacher or two to join me. Who needs a coffee when we can do a midday flow?!

The past 4 days, it has been -40 degrees celcius here and it has been incredibly hard to motivate myself to do anything; Thursday and Friday were really hard days to move, but I did it.

I think the 300 challenge is more mental for me than anything. I always started and stopped every other program/class and rarely do it over day 14. Day 30 is in sight and moving my body for an hour to and hour and a half a day has been life changing.

I am happy to hear you are doing well!

Not pregnant, but what a nice workout to do late at night. Threw on some ankle weights and had a nice relaxing workout. Thank you as always! <3

Day 15; but first of the 300 day Challenge. Starting our day with some 5:00 AM workouts is the only way to make it through teaching Kindergarten

Callie Gualy sounds great, I have one lb ankle and some workouts they don't seem heavy enough. I wanted to order those Bala ones
