Ah congrats!!! That’s so exciting!! Yes I have some tips :) but first, what does your typical weekday look like for you (are you working a 9-5? student? etc)?? Also, what time of day do you have the most energy?

Hey!! Does your neck bother you when you have your hands behind your head for abs on back? Also, try this little trick - when you’re doing the exercises, press your tongue against the roof of your mouth behind your front teeth (it helps activate your deep neck muscles & reduce strain)

My fitness goals for 2026 - increasing my daily steps to be around 5K/day & building my strength back once I give birth in February to baby #2!!

Fun fact - I just moved from South Florida to Texas a month ago and am currently living on a ranch 😂

Thankfully not at all! I've been filming at the current space we're living at before so it wasn't a huge adjustment. :) I think the biggest thing is that I tend to be very picky with lighting/aesthetics and love natural lighting in videos, so in Texas it hasn't been as sunny as Florida which has been mildly more challenging (but it's also not 100% humidity here so i can't complain haha)

Yay! So glad they're helping. We're trying to find a solution as we can either have all videos marked as watched or none. Have you tried using our calendar or playlist features to help keep track of workouts?
