I used to think big change meant big results. But here’s the TRUTH I’ve learned in over a decade of experience in the fitness industry:

It's the small, quiet choices that have gotten me the best results.

- Rolling out my mat even when I didn’t feel like it.

- Taking just 10 minutes for myself instead of none.

- Choosing to love my body over all-or-nothing thinking.

That’s where results actually happen.

My teenage son walked in while I was doing today’s workout, looked at me, then looked at Callie and said she’s got you using ankle weights, resistance band AND heavy weights… good luck! 😅 Made it through the workout regardless and totally proud of myself. I’ll call this a win 🏆✨💪🏼

Did my first Pilates workout today!! I’ve worked out since I was 15 and have done many different forms of workouts, the last 15 years have been heavy lifting and my body was just tired with those workouts, so I made the decision to switch to Pilates! I have done it randomly in the past and honestly forgot how tough it was! I’m excited for this program and my new fitness journey!
