Praying for you Callie! Thanks for being so vulnerable on here. Opening up about things ESPECIALLY pregnancy related things can be so scary and raw. Praying that your pain calms down and that the doctors can help with whatever is going on. 💕

I’m Kayla!! I started here last month. This is the first time I have EVER found a fitness app that I actually use and love. The workouts are spicy and the encouragement from Callie keeps me going! This year, I want to be a good steward of the body God has given me. I’ve been practicing being in tune with my body by using the cycle syncing plan and that’s been so helpful in keeping me consistent. Cheering you all on from Michigan!!
