5:00am smacked me in the face this morning but I knew if I was gonna stick to this I was gonna need to make more hours in my day. I’m so excited for this challenge. And nothing motivate ms me more then some friendly competition. Good luck girls!

High- on Sunday I was able to crush 2 or 3 workouts while my boys were down for their nap. Huge WIN for me. I do t get much time to myself.
Low- shortly after I finished my workouts. I began feeling sick to my stomach and quickly began puking my guts out unfortunately I had the stomach bug or a flu. I was bedbound for two days and still don’t feel 100%.
A little Encouragement-I might be behind because I missed a few days but I plan on crushing it this week because I also will be snowed in from what I hear. We might be getting anywhere from 6 to 18 inches of snow and half an inch of ice.
My initial thought after being sick was to give up because I’ve fallen behind on my workouts after being towards the front of the pack, but I wanna remind everybody that at any moment Those who are ahead, could easily get Distracted with life become sick as a dog like me(though I wouldn’t pray that kind of sickness on my worst enemy) or anything really so don’t count yourself out, keep pushing.
