Hi Callie,

I have to admit that I'm not the healthiest or fittest person, but I am working on it.

I started Semaglutide injections last year for my type 2 diabetes; while my diabetes is now well controlled and I feel healthier in general, I haven't managed to lose much weight yet.

I joined a burlesque dance class last year which has helped me grow so much in confidence, but I still struggle with losing weight. To address this, I’ve decided to try Pilates and strength training, as my diabetic nurse recommended these to help optimize the medication for weight loss.

I hope you and the baby are doing well and that your move to Texas went smoothly. I would love to visit both Florida and Texas one day!

I tried this today after Day 4 Beginner Pilates Challenge. I suffer from chronic back pain and this provided some relief from the pain. I'm not pregnant but really enjoyed this one.

Hi Everyone,

I'm Janet, I'm 39 years young, I live in Fife, Scotland. I have an 11 year old daughter and a wonderful Fiancé.

I have been battling with my weight since pregnancy 😩. I was started on Semaglutide injections last year to control my diabetes type 2 but I've only lost a stone (however my diabetes is in remission YAY ME 🤣)

The diabetic nurse advised me to take up strength and resistance training as well as cardio to lose weight. So here I am. I am currently rehearsing for a Burlesque show in April and would love to look and feel more sexy.

Hi, I only joined a few days ago but I was following your videos on YouTube last week when I first began pirates. My high would be I'm really enjoying the routines so far, I have started off with the 7 day beginner challenge and I am really enjoying easing into pilates instead of diving in head first like last week. My low would be I haven't quite learned when to rest yet. I already do alot of walking, a swingnastics class and Burlesque dancing (currently rehearsing for a show in April)

I'm quite a big girl so trying to get in shape and lose some weight before hand and increase my confidence about my body.
