I just joined the app and wanted to introduce myself!
From Cincinnati Ohio,40 year old wife and fur baby momma to the worlds silliest Bostie girl who keeps me on my toes and steps up! LOL
I have been on my fitness journey now for 6-7 years started off strictly heavy lifting following a progressive overload plan lifting 4-5 times a week and as I got older I definitely came to realize it was wrecking my body each day,making my body inflamed and definitely just not feeling the best.
I have turned my workouts around incorporating Pilates,Pilates Strength,Pilates Sculpts and keeping my steps up on my walking pad for the past 7 months and let me tell ya my body hasnβt felt better than it does now and the results my body has gotten Iβm just blown away with that my body never did get or see in all of those years only lifting!
Iβm definitely a Pilates girly forevvver now!
