I was sick last week, and ever since, I’ve been struggling to regain my motivation and get back on track. So unfortunately no wins for me this week, but I’m hoping as my strength improves that I find my rhythm again.

I’ve been sick 😭 and haven’t been able to work out. I’m trying to boost my motivation to get back into it! Today may be the day!

Callie Gualy Thank you!! 💕 I’ve started adding little touches to make it feel more cozy and motivating like affirmation pictures on the wall and lights with a dimmer so I can lower them for more relaxing workouts. I’m not going too crazy just yet because my husband (bless his beautiful heart ❤️) is actually building me a she-shed Pilates studio out of our shed!!!! I seriously cannot wait for it!! When I add more I will definitely give an update!

Hey everyone!!!!!!!

I wanted to share something simple but powerful that's been helping me shift my mindset lately. You know how we're always working on that mind-body connection in our Pilates practice? Well, I found a way to extend that positive energy into my daily routine at home.

I started writing motivational quotes on my bathroom mirror with a dry erase marker. Every single time I go to use the bathroom throughout the day, I end up reading those words. It's such a small thing, but it's been amazing how it helps interrupt negative thought patterns and replaces them with something uplifting.

There's something about seeing those positive words multiple times a day, especially in those quiet moments, that really helps them sink in. It's like giving yourself mini pep talks without even trying!!!!

I encourage you all to give it a try! Grab a dry erase marker and write something on your mirror! Today I wrote ‘I am strong, I am worthy, I am already enough.’ 🥰

Sometimes the simplest practices can make the biggest difference in our daily lives and I can’t wait to see where we all are in a few months’ time mentally and physically!

My small step this week is just showing up everyday even if it’s only for 10 minutes. I’m also working on not overthinking my workouts and just pressing play. Plus, I’ve been creating a calm little space at home so it feels easier (and more fun!) to keep moving toward my goals. 💕
