I wanted to share something simple but powerful that's been helping me shift my mindset lately. You know how we're always working on that mind-body connection in our Pilates practice? Well, I found a way to extend that positive energy into my daily routine at home.
I started writing motivational quotes on my bathroom mirror with a dry erase marker. Every single time I go to use the bathroom throughout the day, I end up reading those words. It's such a small thing, but it's been amazing how it helps interrupt negative thought patterns and replaces them with something uplifting.
There's something about seeing those positive words multiple times a day, especially in those quiet moments, that really helps them sink in. It's like giving yourself mini pep talks without even trying!!!!
I encourage you all to give it a try! Grab a dry erase marker and write something on your mirror! Today I wrote βI am strong, I am worthy, I am already enough.β π₯°
Sometimes the simplest practices can make the biggest difference in our daily lives and I canβt wait to see where we all are in a few monthsβ time mentally and physically!Β
Hi everyone! Iβm so excited to be here and start this journey with you all! Quick question do you usually wear grip socks or shoes? My balance feels a little wobbly right now, and I keep wanting to put on shoes for extra support. Should I stick it out to build strength without them, or is it better to use the shoes for now?
