You can always do them without equipment but the ones that are normally used are:
β’ light weights: 3-5 lbs
β’ heavy weights: 10-15 lbs
β’ pilates ball
β’ ankle weights: 1-2 lb
β’ resistance band
and there are at-home reformer workouts she does but those are quite pricey and optional :)
