Callie Gualy Yesss I love the workout with your cycle section, but I like how it was laid out in the pre-update version (separate folders for the 4 phases) and more options :) πŸ’•πŸ’•

You can always do them without equipment but the ones that are normally used are:

β€’ light weights: 3-5 lbs

β€’ heavy weights: 10-15 lbs

β€’ pilates ball

β€’ ankle weights: 1-2 lb

β€’ resistance band

and there are at-home reformer workouts she does but those are quite pricey and optional :)

I loveee the update! My favourite part is being able to sync my Spotify with the workouts. I also love how the challenges are laid out.

I do wish that there were separate folders for cycle syncing our pilates workouts again, as well as more on-demand options within the cycle syncing section of the app. I also agree with the other suggestion to add more badge options besides streaks, such as total amount of workouts, for completing challenges, etc
