Caitlin’s Story 🤍

After her C-section, Caitlin felt weak, frustrated, and unsure how to rebuild her strength safely. She joined Sweaty Studio looking for structure and guidance — something that would help her feel like herself again.

She shared that while physical results took time, the changes she felt came quickly.

“I stopped feeling so much pain from postpartum and started feeling stronger — even before I could see the results. Now, 10 months later, I feel stronger than I did before I had a baby.”

Bethany’s Story 🤍

Before joining Sweaty Studio, Bethany tried YouTube workouts and even joined a gym — but it never stuck. She felt embarrassed, unsure how to use the equipment, and trapped in a cycle of guilt and shame around taking care of her body.

Everything changed when she found Sweaty Studio.

Bethany shared that for the first time, working out didn’t feel like punishment — it felt like me time.

“Callie was so encouraging. I loved her affirmations and the way she led each workout. It really taught me to enjoy movement that I actually love, not just force myself to do something because I feel like I should.”
