I want to splurge on an at-home reformer, specifically one that can be folded and easily stored away. There are so many options online, vast price ranges, and I don’t know which companies to trust! Any recommendations on brands, review of the one you currently have, how much you paid, etc. would be super helpful! Thank you so much 💕💕

Started the 14 day arms challenge today, so excited to give this one a try 💪 I normally love how you can see which workouts you’ve already done on the app, but it’s confusing in the challenge to have some already listed as done when I’ve completed them before, but not in the context of the challenge. Hi everyone! I’m so excited to be here and start this journey with you all! Quick question do you usually wear grip socks or shoes? My balance feels a little wobbly right now, and I keep wanting to put on shoes for extra support. Should I stick it out to build strength without them, or is it better to use the shoes for now?
