Has anyone had success losing weight with Pilates? Iβm currently on a long up and down weight loss journey, and long stretches of cardio (mini stepper or walking pad) can get so boring. The workouts I found here are great! Itβs excercise I really look forward to. My question is does Pilates aid weight loss at all or is it more for toning up? I would be combining it with cardio as well.
