Erin Joseph I use screen share/screen mirroring/airplay to my tv. I’ll share a screenshot. I’ve also used the web browser on my tv but it’s not as easy or convenient to get to. Once I opt for the screen share (that top right icon that’s circled) I’ll choose the device/tv (the pop up menu in the middle). Such a game changer!!!

Not sure if you’ll find this helpful but I keep my phone or tv controller close so I can pause when the pace is too fast. I have no shame… sometimes I just can’t keep up or totally winded 😆

Heyyy!!! I typically don’t wear anything and go bare feet on my mat. Is that bad? Maybe??? But I don’t love the idea of shoes, although I could see how they would help and definitely don’t have any grip socks 😅😅😅

Phew that was spicy 😮‍💨😮‍💨 I thought when we were switching to laying on our side it was going to get easier. 😅

Sydney SO hard!! I’m taking the approach of not a hard give up but more of a limit myself to one here and there (I’ve had the odd weak moment where it’s the only thing in the fridge 😅). It just doesn’t make me feel good in general anymore so trying to replace with better hydration overall is the goal!

I have a large yeti bottle that I fill with ice before I start working out so that I can have a cold drink throughout the whole workout 😅
