Sydney SO hard!! I’m taking the approach of not a hard give up but more of a limit myself to one here and there (I’ve had the odd weak moment where it’s the only thing in the fridge 😅). It just doesn’t make me feel good in general anymore so trying to replace with better hydration overall is the goal!

I have a large yeti bottle that I fill with ice before I start working out so that I can have a cold drink throughout the whole workout 😅

New to pilates 🫣🥲 I’ve been doing the stair master and the elliptical at the gym when I can but want to do more from home. Anyone have a favourite workout they’d recommend to start with?
