My win was that I finally had the courage to record and post my first pilates video and am very impressed with myself! What didn’t go to plan was that I didn’t do as many workouts as I would’ve liked to this week!

Erin Joseph This video is also referred to as an express workout, meaning it is going to be faster than her normal workouts. May be a good idea to avoid her express ones until you gain more experience!
