Adena Laurentyou could put both on one leg at a time for the glutes sections and see how you like 2lb! I think Bala now has 3lb ones also

for ankle weights I use 2lb weights and for hands I use 3lb or 5lb if I'm feeling like heavier! If I'm doing strength x pilates I either do 5lb or 10lb

Aw I'm so glad to hear you're enjoying them Sydney! I totally feel that as an instructor!! it's so needed to just fill up your own cup and let someone else make up the class
