Let’s celebrate the highs and the messy moments. What’s one win you had in your workouts/life this week, and what’s one ‘wobble’ (the thing that didn’t go as planned)?
Both count, becaus let's be real progress journey is never perfect. ✨

My youngest wanted to join in today! He loved your workout Callie! 🥰🥰
Hey everyone!!!!!!!
I wanted to share something simple but powerful that's been helping me shift my mindset lately. You know how we're always working on that mind-body connection in our Pilates practice? Well, I found a way to extend that positive energy into my daily routine at home.
I started writing motivational quotes on my bathroom mirror with a dry erase marker. Every single time I go to use the bathroom throughout the day, I end up reading those words. It's such a small thing, but it's been amazing how it helps interrupt negative thought patterns and replaces them with something uplifting.
There's something about seeing those positive words multiple times a day, especially in those quiet moments, that really helps them sink in. It's like giving yourself mini pep talks without even trying!!!!
I encourage you all to give it a try! Grab a dry erase marker and write something on your mirror! Today I wrote ‘I am strong, I am worthy, I am already enough.’ 🥰
Sometimes the simplest practices can make the biggest difference in our daily lives and I can’t wait to see where we all are in a few months’ time mentally and physically!
✨ Happy Monday, girlies! ✨
This week’s reminder: “New week, new chances — show up for yourself today, even if it’s just one small step. Progress loves consistency.”
Your workout doesn’t need to be long or perfect — even 10 minutes counts. What matters most is showing up for you.
🌸 Share below: what’s ONE small step you’re taking this week to move closer to your goals?
Let’s cheer each other on! 💖
✨ If you could choose one workout this weekend to make you feel like your best self, what would it be? A spicy sweat, a stretchy flow, or a cozy slow Pilates? Let’s inspire each other — comment below and maybe try someone else’s pick this weekend! 🥰

Started the 14 day arms challenge today, so excited to give this one a try 💪 I normally love how you can see which workouts you’ve already done on the app, but it’s confusing in the challenge to have some already listed as done when I’ve completed them before, but not in the context of the challenge. Just a piece of feedback Callie Gualy
Hi queens.
So, I was looking forward to my fifth day of the 21 days challenge but was met by information that I don’t have access to those videos anymore. Does anyone else have the same issue right now or do I need to take it with some customer support? I’m on the free trial like day 5 or so
✨Happy Friday, Pilates princesses! It’s the Labor Day long weekend 🎉 — which means extra time to move, rest, and soak up the last bits of summer. How are you spending it? Beach day? Cozy Pilates at home? Ice cream run? 🍦 Drop your weekend plans in the comments!
Hi everyone! I’m so excited to be here and start this journey with you all! Quick question do you usually wear grip socks or shoes? My balance feels a little wobbly right now, and I keep wanting to put on shoes for extra support. Should I stick it out to build strength without them, or is it better to use the shoes for now?
