Started the 14 day arms challenge today, so excited to give this one a try 💪 I normally love how you can see which workouts you’ve already done on the app, but it’s confusing in the challenge to have some already listed as done when I’ve completed them before, but not in the context of the challenge. So, I was looking forward to my fifth day of the 21 days challenge but was met by information that I don’t have access to those videos anymore. Does anyone else have the same issue right now or do I need to take it with some customer support? I’m on the free trial like day 5 or so

Hi everyone! I’m so excited to be here and start this journey with you all! Quick question do you usually wear grip socks or shoes? My balance feels a little wobbly right now, and I keep wanting to put on shoes for extra support. Should I stick it out to build strength without them, or is it better to use the shoes for now?
