Good Morning everyone!! I completed my first workout today as part of the 21-day challenge! I'm a former competitive figure skater, so working out and fitness as always been a huge part of my life. I tended to focus on strength and HIIT workouts but over the last few years have shifted towards lower intensity workouts that don't aggravate old skating injuries. A friend recommended pilates years ago, but I could never afford the prices of the studios in my area so I kept pushing it off. I found Sweaty Studio and Callie on instagram a few weeks ago and fell in love with her vibe and energy!Β I am so excited to be a part of this communityβ¨
