January Progress Pic! I have been doing 75 hard and today is day 9. I am so excited for the 300 challenge and to incorporate this into the workouts I am doing for 75 hard.

My bestie is getting married which is why I am doing 75 hard (bridesmaid duty 😭) so I am grateful for this community to add to the fun!!

I am also wanting to prep my body for a baby. I quit gardening 💨🌱 last year and it was so hard. This year my goal is to focus on fitness.

I have been doing your workouts more consistently and have been really enjoying them. Its nice not to have to make my own up. I am a yoga instructor and pilates and yoga are different but go hand in hand very well!
