Hey everyone!!!!!!!

I wanted to share something simple but powerful that's been helping me shift my mindset lately. You know how we're always working on that mind-body connection in our Pilates practice? Well, I found a way to extend that positive energy into my daily routine at home.

I started writing motivational quotes on my bathroom mirror with a dry erase marker. Every single time I go to use the bathroom throughout the day, I end up reading those words. It's such a small thing, but it's been amazing how it helps interrupt negative thought patterns and replaces them with something uplifting.

There's something about seeing those positive words multiple times a day, especially in those quiet moments, that really helps them sink in. It's like giving yourself mini pep talks without even trying!!!!

I encourage you all to give it a try! Grab a dry erase marker and write something on your mirror! Today I wrote β€˜I am strong, I am worthy, I am already enough.’ πŸ₯°

Sometimes the simplest practices can make the biggest difference in our daily lives and I can’t wait to see where we all are in a few months’ time mentally and physically!Β
