Progress photos are for you to see what’s working, when to keep going, and when something might need adjusting. 

Take Day 1 photos today, standing relaxed and comfortable. No posing or sucking in, front and sides.

My #1 rule for taking progress pics is always be nice to yourself, no matter what. :)

Take them every two weeks, or if that feels like too much, once a month works great (aim for 2 weeks after your period if your cycle is regular).

If you're not enjoying this after a while, feel free to track your progress in other ways like strength, endurance, increased resistance, etc. πŸ’•
