Hi! I’m very new to Pilates and it would be awesome if more breath cues + modified positions could be incorporated. Thank you guys for all you do!:)
For the 6 week challenge it would be very helpful to have the videos divided into weeks like the old app !! Having a hard time organizing and finding where I left off at 💗
