Posting this is soo outside of my comfort zone, but that is where change begins. I’m excited to take on a big challenge and stay accountable. Let’s do this 💪🤍
Really excited about this 300 workout challenge! 💪🏼 I’m going into my first busy season as a tax accountant, so I’m hoping this will help me stay consistent (and doing something other than staring at excel sheets)😅
I don’t usually post these but my goal for this year and challenge is to feel confident and strong in my body! (Sneaky pup appearance in the background)
you guys this morning I took an 8:30am reformer class and LET ME TELL YOU I was truly not feeling it at all... and was feeling incredibly pregnant haha BUT in the middle of the class as I was contemplating my life choice to sign up for this class, I remembered that sometimes the best workouts aren't the ones where we stay in the moves the entire time or use the heaviest resistance.
Sometimes the best workouts are the ones where we listen to our body and meet ourselves where we are at the day!
I finished the workout feeling so accomplished for getting myself there and simply moving even when I didn't feel like it.

Consistency doesn't come from giving your 100% all every single day. It comes when you show up even on the days you don't want to and just try your best.

January Progress Pic! I have been doing 75 hard and today is day 9. I am so excited for the 300 challenge and to incorporate this into the workouts I am doing for 75 hard.
My bestie is getting married which is why I am doing 75 hard (bridesmaid duty 😭) so I am grateful for this community to add to the fun!!
I am also wanting to prep my body for a baby. I quit gardening 💨🌱 last year and it was so hard. This year my goal is to focus on fitness.

From Cincinnati Ohio,40 year old wife and fur baby momma to the worlds silliest Bostie girl who keeps me on my toes and steps up! LOL
I have been on my fitness journey now for 6-7 years started off strictly heavy lifting following a progressive overload plan lifting 4-5 times a week and as I got older I definitely came to realize it was wrecking my body each day,making my body inflamed and definitely just not feeling the best.
I have turned my workouts around incorporating Pilates,Pilates Strength,Pilates Sculpts and keeping my steps up on my walking pad for the past 7 months and let me tell ya my body hasn’t felt better than it does now and the results my body has gotten I’m just blown away with that my body never did get or see in all of those years only lifting!
I’m definitely a Pilates girly forevvver now!
