you guys this morning I took an 8:30am reformer class and LET ME TELL YOU I was truly not feeling it at all... and was feeling incredibly pregnant haha BUT in the middle of the class as I was contemplating my life choice to sign up for this class, I remembered that sometimes the best workouts aren't the ones where we stay in the moves the entire time or use the heaviest resistance.

Sometimes the best workouts are the ones where we listen to our body and meet ourselves where we are at the day!Β 

I finished the workout feeling so accomplished for getting myself there and simply moving even when I didn't feel like it.Β

Consistency doesn't come from giving your 100% all every single day. It comes when you show up even on the days you don't want to and just try your best.Β
